Upon arrival, you will be met by your uniformed chauffeur in baggage claim holding an iPad tablet with your first initial and last name displayed on the sign. He/she will assist with luggage and escort you to the waiting vehicle. Should you not immediately identify your chauffeur, call 520-989-3000 for assistance.
When it is time to depart the beautiful The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, we recommend scheduling your car service at least two hours prior to your departing flight time from the Tucson airport and 3.5 hours prior to your departing flight time from the Phoenix airport.
